Delivery is the most intensive level of StoneLark coaching. Weekly sessions create a high-frequency support structure suited to founders and leaders navigating something that matters — a period of growth, an organisational change, a leadership transition, or a project that demands sustained focus and accountability.

A full structured coaching programme is developed at the outset and refined as the work progresses. Monthly progress reviews step back from the detail to assess movement against the broader plan, while direct WhatsApp access means you have a thinking partner throughout the week — not just in sessions.
