MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) govern all membership subscriptions and session-based services offered by StoneLark Group Limited (company number 16834095, registered office: 22 Court Farm House, Court Lane, Bratton, United Kingdom, BA13 4RF), trading as StoneLark (“StoneLark”, “we”, “us”). By ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Membership” means a recurring subscription to access StoneLark content, sessions and community at the level selected at the point of purchase. “Level” means the specific tier of membership or service you have purchased, as set out in the Schedule. “Member Content” means all recordings, articles, frameworks, tools, session materials and other content made available through your Membership. “Billing Period” means the monthly or annual subscription cycle for which you have paid. “you” / “your” means the individual who has purchased the Membership or session.
2. YOUR MEMBERSHIP
When you purchase a Membership, you are purchasing access to the content, sessions and community included at your chosen Level for the duration of each Billing Period, subject to these Terms. The specific inclusions, pricing and access terms for each Level are set out in the Schedule.
Your Membership is personal to you. It may not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other person. Access credentials must not be shared.
StoneLark reserves the right to update, adjust or evolve the content and format of any Membership Level over time. We will give reasonable notice of any material changes. The core nature and value of the Membership will be maintained.
3. PAYMENT AND BILLING
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Payment is taken at the point of purchase and at the start of each subsequent Billing Period via our payment processor, Stripe.
By completing your purchase, you authorise StoneLark to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each Billing Period until your Membership is cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If the payment cannot be collected, your access may be suspended until payment is made. StoneLark reserves the right to cancel the Membership after a reasonable period of failed payment.
4. MINIMUM TERM
Some Levels carry a minimum term as set out in the Schedule. Where a minimum term applies, you are committing to that number of Billing Periods and payments cannot be cancelled until the minimum term has been completed. After the minimum term, your Membership continues on a rolling monthly basis until you cancel.
Where no minimum term is stated, your Membership is rolling and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current Billing Period.
5. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Membership at any time, subject to any minimum term that applies under Clause 4, through your account settings or by writing to hello@stonelark.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current Billing Period: if you cancel part-way through a Billing Period, you keep full access until that period ends, and no further payments are taken after it. Fees already paid are not refunded except as required by law.
6. COOLING-OFF PERIOD AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
As a consumer purchasing a digital membership, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase (the “cooling-off period”) under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
However, by ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to the Membership and that your right to cancel under the cooling-off period is waived once access has been granted. If you do not wish to waive this right, please do not request immediate access and contact us before your access is activated.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
7. MEMBER CONDUCT
StoneLark memberships are designed to be a calm, considered and respectful space. By joining, you agree to engage with other members and with StoneLark content in a way that is consistent with that spirit. In particular, you agree not to:
(a) share, reproduce, distribute or sell any Member Content outside of the membership, in whole or in part, without StoneLark’s prior written consent;
(b) record, screenshot or otherwise capture live sessions or content for distribution outside the membership;
(c) use the community or any membership channel to promote your own products or services without StoneLark’s permission; or
(d) behave in a way that is disrespectful, harmful or disruptive to other members or to StoneLark.
StoneLark reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Membership without refund where these conduct standards are not met.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Member Content — including recordings, articles, frameworks, tools and session materials — is the intellectual property of StoneLark Group Limited and is protected by copyright. Your Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use Member Content for your own private, non-commercial purposes during your active Membership. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and ends when your Membership ends.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA
StoneLark handles your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and GDPR Policy, both available at stonelark.co.uk/privacy. By purchasing a Membership, you consent to your contact details being held in our CRM and used to manage your Membership and to send you relevant communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
StoneLark will deliver Membership content and sessions with reasonable skill and care. However, StoneLark does not guarantee specific outcomes from your Membership. The content is educational and supportive in nature and does not constitute professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoneLark’s total liability to you will not exceed the total amount you have paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. StoneLark will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
StoneLark may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before they take effect. Continued use of your Membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your Membership before they take effect.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. You also have the right to seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution or the courts of your country of residence as a consumer. For any questions, contact us at hello@stonelark.co.uk.
