StoneLark Group Limited (trading as StoneLark, company number 16834095, registered office: 22 Court Farm House, Court Lane, Bratton, United Kingdom, BA13 4RF) is the data controller responsible for your personal data. This Privacy Notice explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights. It applies to our website, our services and all communications between us. – Contact and identity details when you get in touch with us, enquire about our services, or submit a form on our website.
– Business and engagement information when you engage us to deliver consulting, coaching, mentoring or talent services.
– Your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, sign up for an event, or join our membership.
– Payment details when a paid service or membership is involved — these are processed securely by our payment provider and we do not store card data.
– Standard website analytics data collected via cookies, in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
2. HOW AND WHY WE USE YOUR DATA
We only process personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so under UK GDPR.

3. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
– Client and engagement records: six years from the end of the engagement, in line with UK contractual and tax requirements.
– Newsletter and event data: for as long as you remain subscribed or engaged, plus a short suppression period after unsubscribe.
– Website enquiry data: twelve months, unless it leads to an ongoing client relationship.
4. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share it with:
– Service providers and platforms we use to operate our business, including tools for communication, client management and email marketing. These providers act as data processors and are bound by appropriate agreements.
– Associates or subcontractors involved in delivering services to you, who are bound by confidentiality obligations equivalent to our own.
– Professional advisers such as accountants or solicitors, where necessary.
– Regulatory or legal authorities, where required by law.
Where any providers are based outside the UK, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place under UK GDPR.
5. AI-ASSISTED TOOLS
StoneLark uses AI-assisted tools as part of its working practice. Where such tools are used in connection with client work, we use them responsibly and will not input personal data or client confidential information into any AI tool in a way that would cause it to be retained or shared beyond the immediate purpose for which it is needed.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing of it, to data portability in certain circumstances, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based. 7. COMPLAINTS
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) (registration reference: ZC042538) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
