Every consulting engagement at StoneLark is structured to suit the nature and scale of the work. Pricing is agreed upfront and delivered in one of three ways depending on the situation:
- Per project — a fixed fee for a clearly defined piece of work with an agreed scope and end point. Suited to engagements where the goal is specific and the deliverables are clear.
- Phased approach — larger or more complex projects are broken into defined phases, each with its own scope, deliverables and fee. This allows work to progress in a structured and manageable way while maintaining flexibility as the engagement develops.
- Day rate — for engagements where the scope is evolving or where flexible, ongoing involvement is required over a defined period.
In all cases the scope, approach and pricing are agreed before any work begins. There are no surprises and no open-ended commitments. Just clear, honest and commercially straightforward engagement.
