Partnership is the most committed level of StoneLark mentoring. Weekly sessions create a highly consistent support structure for founders navigating something significant — rapid growth, an acquisition, preparation for sale, or a major leadership transition.

At this level, mentoring functions as a genuine strategic partnership. A structured programme is developed at the outset, quarterly strategic reviews step back to assess progress against the bigger picture, and direct WhatsApp access means an experienced thinking partner is alongside you throughout the week.
